Elizabeth Hart Bergstrom is a writer of fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and comic books. Her nonfiction appears in The New York Times, Catapult, Hippocampus, BUST, and Audubon magazine. Her fiction appears or is forthcoming in Post Road, Fourteen Hills, Hobart, Jellyfish Review, CHEAP POP, and Fiction Southeast. Her poetry appears in The Offing.
She is the writer of the comic book Heliox, with art by Terry Eden, published by Soaring Penguin Press in the anthology Meanwhile... vol. 9. Her nonfiction is forthcoming in the anthology Closet Cases: Queers on What We Wear (Et Alia Press, 2020). Her photography has appeared in Barren Magazine.
She was born in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia and earned an MFA in writing at Sarah Lawrence College.
